INVESTMENT POLICY
The principal investment objective of the Queros Capital Partners Limited (“The company) is to invest in assets to achieve medium term capital appreciation with high yield, and it also invests into, Short Term Secured Bridge financing to SMEs; short term secured bridge financing to professional corporates (Law firms) as discounting facilities; Commercial Investments and Corporate Discounting.
The investments are represented below in the sectors below are fully securitised with a charge over the security on assets, as well as personal guarantees from the prospective borrowers. The funding provided to the investment sectors is fully securitised in the favor of Queros Capital Partners Limited
