Marcel was educated in real estate investment to a high academic level in the Netherlands and gained his Masters degree in 1978.
Marcel has been a consultant and advisor to several international investors from Norway, Germany, Qatar and the Netherlands in strategical investments in real estate in the Netherlands, Germany and the newly emerging European countries. He is a qualified asset manager and has contacts in the UK and Europe to procure portfolios which are for sale on a exclusive basis.
Marcel is an executive board member and is a qualified Asset manager. Born in Amsterdam (Netherlands) on July 24, 1952, Marcel is a very determined, thorough, reliable and ambitious individual. His skills have been gained through a wide range of working experiences in the past 40 years and he possesses teamwork ability, diversified communication skills, excellent analytical, numerical and presentation skills with the ability to meet stringent deadlines.
In his previous years he founded asset management company called B&F Property Management B.V, Amsterdam, Netherlands in 1989 which grew and within 10 years had 900 million Euros of assets under management across Europe. Marcel held the position of managing director in this company and decided to sell his shares in 1999 at a considerable profit.
He was also head of asset management in a Swedish fund which had substantial assets in excess of 800 million Euros and was in charge of identifying portfolio acquisitions.
Currently he is an advisor and consultant to a Norwegian state pension fund and for several wealthy family offices in Switzerland. Marcel also assists in acquisitions and asset management procedures and protocol. Marcel’s knowledge and experience of the market and acquisitions will be a credit to the board.
MR MAXIME COULAUD; Marketing & Finance, AFPA, France

Maxime is born in South of France and he holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing and Finance at the AFPA, France. He started his career as financial advisor at Medicis Patrimoine; Saint-etienne, France. He joined AFM Management Services Ltd in June 2017 as Assistant Financial Advisor where he gained vast experience in investment industry including managing pension portfolios and dealing with major corporate clients. Maxime is very courtesies and helpful to his fellow team members and has a great work ethics . Maxime has gained experienced whilst working in the corporate sector and sits on as board member to advise on investment strategies in Both Europe as well in England.
