The cost of production is approximately a third of the cost of production in the UK.
We turn construction into manufacturing using Modern Methods of Construction (MMC) and
efficient carbon neutral suppliers, enabling us to build smarter and quicker with higher efficiency.
Net Zero Builds is coming to market with export finance in place, further mitigating any financial
risks that the UK Government and local authorities may have by providing 100% development
finance, which would provide the most credible solution to the shortage of affordable homes with
the view of winning large a number government tenders.
